Born in Texas, I first worked as a CPA for a national Certified
Public
Accounting firm in Atlanta, GA. I moved to Austin in 1977
to be a
partner in a local firm, and I formed Robert I. May, P.C.
in 1991.
I know that there is more than one dimension to your life and
that your life involves more than just taxes and accounting.
In my own multi-dimensional universe, I am blessed with a
wife, four sons, a daughter, and a Chihuahua. Prior to becoming
a CPA, I was an electrical engineer for ten years. I paid for
my
engineering degree by playing trumpet, and my favorite
pastime is motorcycling in the Hill Country.
I am a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
and of American Mensa, Ltd.
